Ingredients
  • 500 gm Beef mince
  • 1 cup Potato cubes
  • 2-3 tbsp Clarified butter ghee
  • 1 medium Onion slices
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup Tomato chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Crushed red chili
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp All-spice powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Crushed coriander
  • 2-3 Green chili julienned
  • julienned Ginger for garnish
  • Chopped Fresh coriander for garnish
Cooking Method
  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan. Add onion slices and fry until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add beef mince and cook until it releases its juices and browns.
  4. Add salt, crushed red chili, turmeric powder, all-spice powder, cumin seeds, and crushed coriander. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add a little water, cover, and simmer until the meat is tender.
  6. Add potato cubes and green chilies. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Garnish with julienned ginger and fresh coriander.
  8. Serve hot with roti or naan.
