In chopper, add fish, green chilies, lemon juice, onion, tomato and coriander leaves.

Process until well combined.

Take it out in a mixing bowl.

Add flour, black pepper powder and salt.

Mix well.

Shape into round patties.

Dip each patty into beaten egg.

Shallow fry for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked from inside and turn golden and crispy from outside.

Now cut burger buns into halves.

Spread a little mayonnaise on each side.

Toast the bun from one side.

Put a fish patty on one piece of the bun.

Top with ice berg leaf, spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and cover with the other half of bun.
