This Fried Mince Pizza Recipe By Chef Zakir, is a different version of pizza's topping, using cooked minced meat (keema) as the main topping. Do try it!

Ingredients
Ingredients For Pizza:
250gm Mince
1Capsicum
1Tomato
1Onion
Oil for frying
1packet Mozzarella cheese
1tspOregano
1tspGinger garlic paste
2-3Green chilies
Egg half
1tbspButter
¼bunch Parsley
Ingredients for Pizza Sauce:
½cupTomato paste
1tbspCrushed red pepper
½tspOregano
½tspThyme
3tbspOil
1tspGarlic paste
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Dough:
250gm Flour
Salt to taste
1tbspYeast
3tbspButter
½cupMilk
1Egg
Water as required
Cooking Method
To Prepare the Mince Filling:
In a chopper, put together mince, onion, green chilies, capsicum and egg.
Process until well combined.
Now heat a little oil in a wok or deep pan.
Add mince and fry well for 15-20 minutes or until it cooked well.
Remove from fire and keep aside.
To Prepare the Pizza Sauce:
Heat 3 tbsp oil in another pan, add garlic paste, crushed red pepper, ½ tsp oregano and ½ tsp thyme.
Cook for few seconds.
Now add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Keep aside.
To Prepare the Pizza Dough:
For making dough dissolve 1 tbsp yeast in ½ cup lukewarm milk.
Mix together the flour and dissolved yeast mixture, also add egg, butter, salt.
Knead to dough with water as required.
Cover with a plastic and keep aside for 15 minutes.
To Assemble the Fried Mince Pizza:
Spread dough in a greased pizza pan, top with prepared pizza sauce.
Spread fried mince on top.
Sprinkle parsley over it.
Put tomato cubes on top.
Cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle top with a pinch of oregano.
Brush edges with a little butter and beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven on 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes or dough is cooked and cheese melted.
