Cut chicken into small cubes.

Put chicken into a, grinder.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and egg.

Process until well combined.

Take it out the chicken mixture in a bowl.

Make small balls out of this mixture.

Cut capsicum,onion, carrot and tomato into small cubes.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add in ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes or until light brown.

Then add prepared chicken balls.

Let it cook for 10-12 minutes in its on juice or until chicken balls cooked from inside and light browned from outside.

Add onion, carrot, capsicum and tomato.

Stir well.

Add tomato ketchup, Worcester sauce, chili garlic sauce, salt, oyster sauce and a little water.

Cook for a few minutes.

Dissolve 3 tbsp corn flour into a little water.

Add corn flour paste, cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Now take it out in a serving dish.

Garlic Chicken Balls are ready to serve.
