Cut each chicken breast from center and open into book form.

In a mixing bowl, combine together the cream cheese, brown sugar, thyme, oregano, salt, black pepper and garlic paste.

Also add the chopped parsley and mix very well.

Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture.

Toss to coat evenly.

Now shallow fry chicken with a little oil for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side as well.

Then add red grapes juice and water.

Cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

Now turn the flame high and fry well till water dries.

Remove chicken breast, cut into slices.

Dish it out.

Pour sauce on top.
