Preheat oven to 230 degree C.

Place a baking tray tray in the oven to heat.

In a large bowl, sieve together flour and salt.

Add yeast, yogurt, melted ghee, garlic, onion seeds and coriander.

Knead a soft dough with water.

Make 3 equal balls out of the dough.

Cover with oiled plastic and leave it to rise for 10 minutes.

Roll each ball into a tear drop shape 10 inches long.

Place naan on the hot baking tray.

Bake for 5 minutes or until top slightly brown.

Now brush with melted butter or ghee.

Keep warm.
