Ingredients
1kgchickencut into 16 pieces
1cupchopped onion
1/2cupcooking oil
4chopped tomatoes
1tbspgarlic paste
2tbspchopped ginger
1-1/2tspred chili powder
1/2tspall spice
1/4tspturmeric powder
1tspsalt
For Garnishing:
2tbspfresh coriander leaveschopped
4green chilieschopped
Cooking Method
Place chicken in a clay pot.
Add onion, garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chili, ½ cup water.
Cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until chicken half done.
Now add cooking oil and cook chicken for 5 minutes.
Then add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes or until oil comes on top.
Sprinkle all spice over it.
Remove from the heat.Garnished with ginger slices, coriander leaves and green chilies.
