Ingredients
  • 250 gm Mince beef
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika powder
  • ½ tsp Mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp Oregano grinded
  • ¼ tsp Thyme grinded
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • Iceberg salad as required
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • 2 Tomatoes slices
  • 2 Onion rings
  • 2 Burger buns
  • 4 Jalapeno chilies slice
  • 4 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
Cooking Method
  1. Place beef in a mixing bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, paprika, mustard powder, oregano, thyme, egg, bread crumbs and fresh cream.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Marinate 30 minutes.
  4. Then shape into patties.
  5. Grill patties until cooked thorough.
  6. Toast burger buns with butter.
  7. Place salad leaves, tomato, onion rings, patty on burger buns.
  8. Top with cheese slices, jalapeño sliced, thousand island dressing, serve with loads of fries.
