Moist, tender and spicy, this very simple yet incredibly delicious Hikmati Chargha Recipe By Shireen Anwar, is the ideal one for those who love roasted chicken. This can be served as a starter, but tastes good with naan, salad and some dipping sauce. You can also served it with some french fries and salad with pickled green chilies.

Give cuts on chicken marinate with vinegar and salt, leave it for 2 hours.

In a mixing bowl, combine together the yogurt, ginger garlic, chili powder, yogurt, black pepper, curry powder.

Mix until well blended.

Add chicken and again to marinate for 2 hours to blend flavors.

Now cook chicken for 30 minutes or until all water dries up.

Now deep fry chicken until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oil and dish it out.

Sprinkled with chat masala and lemon juice.
