Cut potato and carrot into thin long fingers.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add potatoes and fry for few minutes or until golden brown.

Add garlic paste, sauté for few minutes or until golden brown.

Now add chicken. Fry well for 5-7 minutes or until meat changed its color and turn golden brown.

Add chopped ginger, pineapples, bean sprouts, spring onion and celery stick.

Stir well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

Now add fried potato fingers.

Season with, salt and black pepper.

Sprinkle, soy sauce and chopped fresh red chilies over it.

Squeeze lemon juice over it.
