Ingredients
500gm Plain Flour
250gm Butter
2Eggs
1tspSugar
2tbspButter
Water as required
Salt to taste
4tbspSesame Seeds
Cooking Method
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the plain flour, one egg, salt, sugar, 2 tsp butter and water.
Knead a soft dough.
Now, roll the dough like plain bread.
Then add butter in mid, folds in 4 sides.
Roll again and repeat this process 5 to 6 times
Roll the dough like a roti and cut lengthwise and roll like.
Brush it with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake it in the preheated oven at 200 degree C for 10 minutes or until golden.
