Cut undercut beef into slices.

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcester sauce, fruit vinegar, sesame oil, salt and crushed black pepper.

Put beef in it and toss to coat well.

Marinate beef for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped garlic, capsicum; cook and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until crisped

Turn the flame off.

Separately cook marinated beef with a little oil for 25-30 minutes or until meat is cooked thorough and golden brown.

Then add to the capsicum mixture.

Also add brown sugar, sesame seeds and spring onion. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Take it out in a serving plate.
