In a frying pan, fry bhindis for 5 minutes or until crisp.
Remove from the oil and keep aside.
Now heat oil add cumin seeds with blended tomatoes, all the seasonings.
Cook and stir until oil comes on top.
Now add yogurt and fried bhnidi.
Cover and leave it on dum for 5 minutes.
Delicious Lajwab Bhindi is ready to serve.
Serve hot with Puri Paratha.
