Ingredients
  • 500 gm Beef mince
  • 1 cup Lamb fat optional
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 large onion minced
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs
  • 6 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Then grind in a food processor and take this mixture in a bowl.
  3. Make long kabab out of the mixture.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry kabab on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Then lower the heat and cook for further 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Take it out in a serving dish.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with salad or bread.
