Cut each chicken breast into 2 layers.

Marinate with a little salt and pepper.

Set aside.

Coat chicken pieces with dry flour and shallow fry for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Remove from the pan.

Set aside.

Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped garlic and sauté for 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Then add lemon skin, lemon juice, vinegar, red pepper, black pepper and ½ cup water.

Stir well and cook on high flame for 5 minutes .

Then add cornflour paste and cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Add cooked chicken in the sauce and give it a stir.

Take it out in a serving platter.

Lemon Garlic Chicken is ready to serve.
