Ingredients
200gm boneless chicken
2potatoes
2cheese slices
2tbsplemon juice
1tspblack peppercrushed
1/2tsporegano
1/2tspsalt
Oil as required
Cooking Method
Cut chicken into small cubes and keep aside.
Wash potatoes and boil for 10 minutes or until half done.
Now heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
Put potatoes in oil and fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oil and keep aside.
Now put chicken pieces in the remaining oil.
Fry for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is tender or no longer pink.
Remove fried chicken and keep aside.
Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken pieces.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Mix well.
Top with cheese slices and potatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven of 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle crushed black pepper and oregano over it.
