This Makhni Garlic Naan Recipe by Rida Aftab, is so divine. Fluffy flatbread smothered with a garlic herb butter that's as perfect with Pakistani dishes as garlic bread is with Italian meals.

Ingredients
- 500 gm White flour
- 2 tsp Yeast
- ½ tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Hot water as required
- 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp Green coriander
- 50 gm Butter
Cooking Method

In a bowl, mix yeast, salt, flour and oil with hot water.

Knead a soft dough.

Let it rise for 1 hour.

When dough rise, punch it down.

Divide dough into 4 equal portions.

Roll each ball into a flat naan.

In a separate bowl, add garlic, coriander and butter mix well.

Apply on naan and bake at 180 C for 30 minutes or until golden on top.

Remove from the oven and apply butter.
