Ingredients
For Paratha Dough:
  • 500 gm flour
  • 250 gm wheat flour
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Lukewarm water to knead
For Filling:
  • 200 gm cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Method
To Make Paratha Dough:
  1. Place flour, wheat flour, salt, sugar and oil in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Knead a dough with lukewarm water.Leave to rest for 1 hour then use to make paratha.
To Make Paratha Filling:
  1. In a bowl, combine together cottage cheese, onion, green chilies, boiled peas, chili powder, coriander leaves and salt.
To Proceed:
  1. Stuff each paratha with the filling mixture.
  2. Now shallow fry on each side for 2 minutes or until light golden.
  3. Matar Paneer Paratha is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

Serve with yogurt or Zeera Raita.
