Ingredients
For the Patties:

Other Ingredients:

soy sauce

shredded Swiss cheese

Cooking Method
Prepare the Patties:
Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, onion, allspice, and coriander in a bowl. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties.
Sauté the Mushrooms:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and soy sauce. Cook and stir until the mushrooms are browned. Set aside.
Cook the Patties:
Grill or cook the patties until they are cooked through to your desired level of doneness.
Assemble the Burgers:
Divide the sautéed mushrooms evenly between the two buns. Place a cooked patty on top of each bun.
Top each burger with shredded Swiss cheese. Cover the pan for about 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt.
Remove the burgers from the grill and serve immediately on the buns.
