Ingredients
For the Patties:
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon allspice powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
Other Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 buns
Cooking Method
Prepare the Patties:
  1. Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, onion, allspice, and coriander in a bowl. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties.
Sauté the Mushrooms:
  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and soy sauce. Cook and stir until the mushrooms are browned. Set aside.
Cook the Patties:
  1. Grill or cook the patties until they are cooked through to your desired level of doneness.
Assemble the Burgers:
  1. Divide the sautéed mushrooms evenly between the two buns. Place a cooked patty on top of each bun.
  2. Top each burger with shredded Swiss cheese. Cover the pan for about 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt.
  3. Remove the burgers from the grill and serve immediately on the buns.
