Ingredients
- 500 gm Mutton chops
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Apple finely chopped
- ½ cup Button mushroom
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper crushed
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 25 gm Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- ¼ bunch Parsley chopped
- 1 medium piece Ginger chopped
Cooking Method

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp butter and cook till it is melted.

Then add in chopped ginger, oregano and ½ kg mutton chops.

Cook and Stir until golden brown.

Now add chopped onion, chopped apple, button mushroom, salt, black pepper, water and sesame seeds.

Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until meat is cooked thorough.

Remove lid and add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Stir well.

Take it out in a serving dish.
