Ingredients
For Dough:
2cupsFlour
¾tspBaking powder
½tspBaking soda
1-1/4tspSalt
4tbspOil
¾cupYogurt
For Filling:
½cupCheddar cheese
½cupCottage cheese
1tspCrushed red chili
½tspNigella Savita
2tbspFinely chopped green coriander
4tbspChopped onion
For Garnishing:
Black sesame seeds
Green coriander
Butter
Cooking Method
In a mixing bowl, mix together all the dough ingredients.
Knead a soft dough then leave for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling, In a small bowl, mix together the filling ingredients and keep aside.
Now make four equal balls from the dough then roll out each ball and fill with cheesy filling.
Slightly roll again.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and brush with butter and green coriander.
