Heat oil in a deep pan or wok over medium heat.

Golden brown the onions in it.

Remove from the oil.

Then grind poppy seeds, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, ground coconut and fried onions.

Now add this mixture into the yogurt and mix well.

Then add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, curry leaves and ginger garlic.

Mix well.

Now heat oil and cook the masala.

Then add 1 cup water and bring it to a boil then lower the flame.

Meanwhile, apply salt and turmeric powder to the fish.

Heat oil in a separate wok over medium heat. Fry the fish.

Now place it in a parath and add green chilies and fresh coriander.

Lastly cover it with foil and bake it in an oven on 180 c.
