Ingredients
2tbspOil
1tbspButter
250gm Beefundercut
2Egg beaten
¼cupMilk
1tspThyme
½packet Shell pasta boiled
50gm Parmesan cheese grated
Salt to taste
½tspCrushed black pepper
2-3tbspFresh cream
Cooking Method
Heat oil and butter in a wok over medium heat.
Add chopped beef and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix together the egg, cream, milk, thyme, salt and crushed black pepper.
Mix well.
Now add boiled pasta to the wok, also add in egg mixture gradually.
