3cupsBoiled rice
1tbspSoy sauce
2tbspPeri peri sauce
1tspGinger garlic paste heaped
2tbspOnion chopped
½Tomato chopped in tiny cubesseeds removed
¼cupOil
1Capsicum chopped in tiny cubes
½tspSalt
½tspwhite pepper
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Saute onion for 2 minutes until translucent.
Then add ginger garlic paste with boiled rice and all the seasoning.
