Ingredients
For Dough:
  • 500 gm Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Dry Milk
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
For Filling:
  • 1 packet Chicken tikka shredded
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp plain Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • ½ tsp all spice Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • White Sesame Seeds for garnishing
  • Butter for brushing
Cooking Method
To Make The Dough:
  1. In a bowl, mix together the ½ cup of Luke warm water ,yeast and sugar.
  2. Let it rise for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, add flour, salt , dry milk , oil , half egg and yeast mixture.
  4. Knead a soft and let it rise 40 minutes or until doubled.
To Make The Filling:
  1. Heat butter and oil then fry onion and green chili.
  2. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until lightly translucent.
  3. Then add milk and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  5. Add chicken ,green coriander all spices and cheddar cheese.
  6. Mix and cool it .
To Proceed:
  1. Now roll the dough like paratha then fill mixture then cut and fold it .
  2. Brush with egg.
  3. Spread the sesame seeds then bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and brush with butter.
  5. Pizza Chicken Bread is ready to serve.
