Ingredients
2Chicken Breastsboiled & shredded
1cupCheddar Cheeseshredded
1cupMozzarella Cheese
2Tomatoeschopped
2-3tbspCoriander leaves
1Capsicumchopped
1Onionchopped
6-8olives
3-4Mushroomssliced
1tbspred peppercrushed
1tspsalt
4tbspPizza sauce
For Paratha:
3cupsFlour
1cupWheat flour
½tspSalt
1tbspSugar
Oil quarter cup
Cooking Method
For Filling:
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. add pizza sauce with boiled chicken crush pepper, cook for 5 min and remove.
For Paratha:
Kneed all well together in to a medium dough make into balls stuff with filling and roll as shown, Shallow fry.
Make the dough by combining flour, oil, salt, and sugar.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until smooth.
Roll out the dough into circles.
Spread pizza sauce on one of the circle.
Add chicken filling, mozzarella cheese and toppings.
