Ingredients
- For Dough:
- 8 ounce Flour
- 1 ½ tsp Instant yeast
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Caster sugar
- 1 tbsp Milk powder
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Oil
- For Filling:
- 250 gm Chicken boil and shredded
- 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp chopped Onion
- 1 Tomato finely cubed
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese grated
- Ketchup as required
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Cooking Method
To Make the Pizza Dough:

In a mixing bowl, combine together the flour, Instant yeast, Salt, Caster sugar, Milk powder, Egg , Oil.

Knead a soft dough with Luke warm water.

Let it rise for 1 hour or until double in size.
To Make the Chicken Filling:

Heat butter 1 tbsp, add flour 1 tbsp with salt, black pepper and mustard ½ tsp each, add ¼ cup milk and boiled and shredded chicken mix and remove.
To Make the Pizza Pies:

Roll dough into a big circle.

Cut small rounds with cutter.

Place each round in a greased tart tray.

Spread ketchup.

Put chicken filling, top with cubes of capsicum and tomato.

Cover with grated cheese.

Leave it to rise again for 30 minutes then bake on 200 degree C for 20 minutes.

Pizza Pies are ready to serve.
