Ingredients
500gm boneless chickencut into strips
1tbspteriyaki sauce
1-1/2tbspginger garliccrushed
2tbspCorn Flour
1tbspSoy Sauce
1tspOyster Sauce
2tbspPlain Flour
Oil for frying
2Onionsthinly sliced
2Capsicumsthinly sliced
2Tomatoessliced
1Carrotthinly sliced
1tbsplemon Juice
1tspsugar
Salt as required
¾cupWater
¾tspblack peppercrushed
white sesame as required
Cooking Method
Place chicken strips in a bowl.
Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, plain flour and leave it for few minutes.
Now heat oil in a wok or pan over medium high heat.
Sauté ginger garlic for few minutes then add all the veggies and cook on high flame.
After this, add sugar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and stir well.
Now dissolve ½ cup of water add corn flour in a small bowl.
Add corn flour paste over the chicken and cook it for 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
