Make chargha cuts on whole chicken.

Marinate with salt and 2 tbsp vinegar, leave it for 1 hour and discard the water which came out from the chicken.

In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, 2 tbsp vinegar, curry powder, ginger garlic paste, black powder, chili powder, coriander and cumin, orange color.

Apply this mixture to the chicken and mix well.

Leave it for a few hours.

Now put the marinated chicken in a pan.

Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or until chicken tender and thick masala left.

Remove chicken from masala.

Add 1 egg to the masal and mix well.

Apply masala on the chicken.

Deep fry for 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain.

Sprinkled lemon juice and chat masala over it

Delicious Shahi Chargha is ready to serve.
