In a pot, cook the meat with 2 cups of water and salt, chili powder, cumin, vinegar, coriander, chopped onions and ginger garlic paste for 45-50 minutes or until meat is tender.
Then add oil and let it cook well until the oil comes on top.
Add fennel seeds, crushed red chilies, add ¼ cup of water.
