Ingredients
  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 ¼ cups water
  • 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp Crushed red chilies
  • 1 cup oil
Cooking Method
  1. In a pot, cook the meat with 2 cups of water and salt, chili powder, cumin, vinegar, coriander, chopped onions and ginger garlic paste for 45-50 minutes or until meat is tender.
  2. Then add oil and let it cook well until the oil comes on top.
  3. Add fennel seeds, crushed red chilies, add ¼ cup of water.
  4. Keep it on the stove for few minutes.
  5. Dish it out.
  6. Sindhi gosht is ready to serve.

Serve with Roti.
