Ingredients
For the Bhindi:
  • ½ kg Lady finger thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp Gram flour
  • ½ tsp Black fennel
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Fennel grinded
For the Masala:
  • 1 Onion cut into rings and halves
  • 1 Capsicum cut into rings and halves
  • 1 Tomato cut into rings, remove seeds and cut into halves
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind pulp heaped
  • ½ tsp Chat masala
  • 2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2-3 Green chilies julienne
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
Cooking Method
  1. Prepare the bhindi by mixing it with gram flour, black fennel, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, crushed red pepper, and fennel. Deep-fry until crisp.
  2. Prepare the masala by heating oil in a wok and adding salt, turmeric, chili powder, crushed red pepper, veggies, tamarind pulp, green chilies, and fried bhindi. Cook until masala is thickened.
  3. Toss well and sprinkle with chat masala.
  4. Serve on a hot sizzler over the fried bhindi.
  5. Delicious Sizzling Bhindi is ready to serve.
