Ingredients
  • 300 gm Boneless chicken
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Egg
For Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sweet and sour sauce
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Stalk
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic crushed
  • 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
  • ½ cup Spring Onion leaves thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
Cooking Method
  1. Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, soya sauce, corn flour, flour and egg for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
To Prepare the Sauce:
  1. Heat 1/4th cup oil in the same pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic in it until slightly brown.
  3. Add chopped green chilies with all the seasoning and stalk.
  4. Add corn flour paste and stir well.
  5. Add fried chicken pieces and turn the flame off.
  6. Serve on a sizzler.
  7. Garnish with spring onion leaves.
