Ingredients
600gm Boneless chicken thighs
1-1/2tspBlack pepper crushed
¼tspCinnamon powder
Salt as required
½tspCrushed red chilies
¼tspTurmeric
2tbspOlive oil
2tbspVinegar
1tspWhite cumin powder
2tbspLemon juice
1tspPaprika
1tspCrushed garlic
Wooden skewers as required
1Coal piece
Salad leaves for garnish
Tomatoesonion, cucumber for garnish
Cooking Method
Cut chicken thigh pieces into cubes.
In a bowl, marinate chicken pieces with black pepper, cinnamon powder, salt, red chilies, turmeric powder, olive oil, vinegar, cumin powder, lemon juice, paprika, and garlic.
Put in the refrigerator for overnight.
Thread chicken pieces on skewers.
Cook on grill and give a smoke of coal.
Garnish with salad leaves, tomatoes, onion and cucumber.
