Marinate chicken drumsticks with lemon juice and salt.

Then deep fry in hot oil for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile boil onion and cabbage.

Put boiled cabbage, boiled onion, spring onion, tomato paste and boiled red chilies and a little water in grinder.

Grind finely to a smooth paste.

Heat ΒΌ cup oil in a wok or frying pan.

Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry until golden brown.

Now add vegetable paste and half cup water.

Cook and stir fry for 1 β 2 minutes. Then add chili powder, turmeric, ground cumin, salt and red food color.

Cook on high flame for for 4 β 5 minutes.

Now add fried chicken drumsticks, cover and cook for 8 β 10 minutes.

Then remove lid, stir well and cook until all water dries up.

Take it out in a serving dish.
