Cut each chicken breast from center and open into book form.

Flatten with hammer.

Marinate chicken breast with mustard paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper powder, Worchester sauce and oregano.

Keep aside.

Blanch bunch of spinach and wash with cold water.

Now finely chop and keep aside.

Now add in white pepper, salt and cottage cheese.

Mix until well combined.

Stuff the chicken breast with spinach mixture.

Fold the chicken pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Add in chicken pieces and shallow fry till golden brown.

Then remove chicken in a platter.

In another wok heat 3 tbsp oil, add flour and fry well.

Now add milk to it and stir well.

Season with salt, black pepper, green chilies, lemon juice, Worchester sauce and a pinch of nutmeg powder.

Mix well and cook for few minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Cut the stuffed chicken into slices.

Pour the prepared sauce on top.
