Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken drumsticks give deep cuts on both sides
  • 2 tbsp Thick yogurt heaped
  • 1 tbsp Raw papaya
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Green chilies
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp White cumin crushed
  • Pinch of yellow color
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, mix together the thick yogurt, raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, white cumin, pinch of yellow color, vinegar.
  2. Marinate chicken legs in yogurt mixture for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Than put chicken legs on skewers and put on the grill.
  4. Brushing with oil and left over marinade.
  5. Cook for 15-28 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  6. Remove from the skewer and dish it out.
  7. Delicious Tangri Tikka is ready to serve.
