Ingredients
  • 400 gm Boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 cup Self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt black pepper as required
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste
  • Finely cut carrot as required
  • Green coriander as required
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Place chicken cubes in a bowl. Add Thai green curry paste mix and leave it for a while .
  2. Then make egg and milk mixture.
  3. After this add salt ,black pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Now add chicken cubes one by one in self rising flour and roll in it .
  5. Then dip in egg mixture and again roll in flour mixture.
  6. Deep fry for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  8. Garnish with finely cut carrot and green coriander.
  9. Thai Chicken Bites are ready to serve
