Ingredients
  • 200 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 cup boiled pasta
  • 1 chapatti
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red chili fakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut boneless chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
  4. Place chicken in it and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices runs clear.
  5. Remove from the flame.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  7. Cut Chapatti into small pieces.
  8. Deep fry chapatti pieces in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oil and keep aside.
  10. Place cooked chicken, boiled pasta, capsicum ,cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves,lemon juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili powder and salt.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Put fried chapatti pieces on it.
  13. Tortilla Pasta Salad is ready to serve.
  14. Enjoy!
