Ingredients
- 250 gm Beef mince
- 3 boiled Potatoes
- ¼ bunch Parsley
- 1 Onion
- 4 Green chilies
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Cheese slices
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Papaya paste
- 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method

Put together the beef mince, parsley, onion, green chilies, garlic cloves, salt, red pepper and papaya paste in a chopper.

Process until well combined.

Take it out in a mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine together the mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper, Worcester sauce and cheese slices.

Mix very well.

Now make a patty with both the mixture, join both the patties.

Dip in beaten egg then shallow fry patties for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Take it out in a serving dish.
