Ingredients
- 125 gm Butter
- ¾ cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Caster sugar
- 1-½ cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
Cooking Method

Melt butter and milk.

Set aside and let it cool.

In a bowl, beat eggs well and add essence.

Gradually add sugar.

Gradually stir in the butter and milk mixture.

Fold into the flour and baking powder.

Pour mixture in a greased and lined tin.

Bake at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes or till done.

Remove from the oven and let it cool on wire rack.
