In a mixing bowl, combine together the tomato, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, red pepper, turmeric, salt and cheddar cheese.

Mix until well combined and make into medium consistency batter with water as required.

Now heat a little ghee in frying pan over medium heat.

Add in a big spoonful of prepared batter.

Fry for a few minutes for 2 minutes or until golden brown, flip and fry from the other side.

Then remove from pan and dish it out.
