Take a pan and pour 1 liter milk with 1 cup of sugar and cook till it become sugar is dissolved.
Melt butter in another pan. Add cardamom and cook till for 1 minutes Now add khoya, walnuts and dry milk powder and cook it for 10 minutes.
Now add milk and cook it on low flame for 20 minutes or until all water dries up.
Dish it out and garnish it. Serve!
