Ingredients
  • 6 ounces White chocolate chopped
  • 1-¾ cup Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 4 ounces Butter
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • ¼ tsp Mint essence
  • 6-8 Pepper mint candies crushed
Cooking Method
  1. Melt 2 ounce white chocolate and let it cool.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate into it.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Add egg and vanilla and beat lightly.
  6. Fold in flour on low speed in two batches.
  7. Then add the remaining chopped chocolate.
  8. Shape into small balls.
  9. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 12-15 mins in the preheated oven.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on wire rack.
  12. Melt 4 ounces white chocolate, stir in cream and mint essence.
  13. Dip the top of cookies in the glaze.
  14. Return to the wire rack, immediately sprinkle with crushed candies and let it set.
  15. Delicious White Chocolate Mint Drops are ready to serve.
