Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • ¾ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp White cumin
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 3-4 Green chilies chopped
  • 5-6 Whole red chilies
  • ½ tsp Mace nutmeg powder
  • 1 piece Coal
  • ¾ tsp White cumin power
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a tawa pan and add onions, ginger garlic paste, and ½ cup water. Cook until onions are soft.
  2. Add chicken mince, yogurt, white pepper, whole red chilies, salt, and cumin powder. Mix well.
  3. Add ½ cup water and cook until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Add butter, cream, nutmeg, and mace powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Give coal smoke and garnish with green chilies, ginger, and cream.
  6. White Tawa Qeema is ready to serve.
