Ingredients
  • 500 gm Beef undercut
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Papaya paste
  • ¼ tsp White pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 5-6 Mushroom chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes cut into slices
  • 100 gm Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Fresh cream
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tbsp Flour roasted
  • ½ cup Milk
Cooking Method
  1. Cut beef into big slices.
  2. Flatten with the hammer.
  3. Marinate with salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, mustard paste, Worcester sauce and papaya paste.
  4. Now cook the marinate beef slices in a grill pan with a little oil until well done..
  5. Then add chopped onions, tomato slices, chopped mushroom and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Now top each beef slice with grated cheese.
  7. Fold it.
  8. Put them in oven for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  10. Add milk and fresh cream.
  11. Cook for 2 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
  12. Add roasted flour and cook for 2 more minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  13. Season with a little salt and black pepper.
  14. Pour the prepared sauce on baked beef fillets.
  15. Delicious Beef Cheese Fillet is ready to serve.
  16. Serve hot.
