Ingredients
- 500 gm boneless chicken
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup onion minced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili paste
- 1 tsp green chili paste
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp hot spices powder
- salt to taste
- 4 green chilies finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Cooking Method

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

Place onion in a non stick pan or skillet.

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until its water is absorbed.

Now heat butter and oil in the same pan.

Add plain yogurt, green chili paste, red chili paste, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder

Cook for 5 minutes.

Then add boneless chicken and green chilies.

Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.

Remove the lid and cook on high heat for 5 minutes or until comes out on top.

Take it out in a serving bowl.

Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and hot spice over it.

Chicken Butter Masala is ready to serve.
