We all love them. Admit it. Hot, crispy, yet fluffy potato french fries.  A soggy fry is a sad fry. In fact, it probably shouldn't even be called a "fry." Ingredients
  • 500 gm Potatoes
  • 1 cup Corn flour
  • 2 tsp Chat masala powder
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices.
  2. Place corn flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Deep fry potatoes until crispy and golden.
  6. Take it out in a serving platter and sprinkle chat masala over it.
  7. Crispy Fries are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce.
