Ingredients
  • ½ packet Noodles
  • ½ kg Beef mince
  • 2 Onion
  • 3 Lemon
  • 3 Tomato finely chopped
  • 6 Green chilies finely chopped
  • 8 Whole red chilies
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp White cumin
  • 1 tsp Nigella seed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Whole coriander
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. In a chopper, add whole coriander and white cumin. Process until blend.
  2. In a pan, boil ½ packet noodles with 2 tbsp oil.
  3. Then drain the water, rinse with cool water and grease it and put it on a side.
  4. Heat oil in a wok and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste with tomato.
  5. Cook and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  6. When water dries add mince, turmeric powder and salt.
  7. Cook until all water dries up.
  8. Then add red chilies, nigella seed and 6 green chilies.
  9. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  10. Now add grinded spices with 3 lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
  11. In the end, add noodles.
  12. Stir well.
  13. Desi Achari Qeema Noodles are ready to serve.
  14. Serve hot.
