Ingredients
  • 500 gm Boneless fish cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 4-6 Whole red chilies
  • ½ tsp White pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chinese salt
  • 4 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  • 1 Carrot cubes
  • 1 Capsicum cubes
  • 3 – 4 tbsp Oil
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut fish into cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add fish with egg, flour, salt and black pepper.
  3. Toss to coat evenly and keep aside for a few minutes.
  4. Then deep fry fish cubes until crispy and golden.
  5. Remove from the oil and keep warm.
  6. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a separate pan over medium heat.
  7. Saute garlic paste and dry red chilies for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Then add capsicum, carrot, spring onion and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Then add tomato ketchup, tomato paste, soy sauce, Worcester sauce, salt, vinegar, Chinese salt, black pepper powder and sugar.
  10. Cook for another 2 minutes then add fried fish and give it a stir.
  11. Take it out in a serving platter.
  12. Delicious Fish Manchurian is ready to serve.

Serve hot with Chinese Egg Fried Rice.
