Ingredients
  • 4 cups boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup spring onions only green part
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok.Add crushed garlic and fry for 2 minutes or until golden.
  2. Now add boiled rice, soy sauce and green onions.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss well.
  5. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until heated thorough.
  6. Transfer into a serving dish.Garlic Rice is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Jalfrezi Chicken.
